- Aroma: Woody notes and ripe fruits, reminiscent of red port wine, with a touch of green apple – a nose that reveals a beautiful maturity.
- Taste: A woody and dry-acidic start, gradually unfolding into a harmonious complexity: roundness, dried fruits, caramel, cherry, a light spiciness and a subtle bitterness from the roasted malt.
- Note: After nine years of ageing, this beer has reached its full maturity. Even in the glass, it continues to evolve, revealing new nuances with every sip for those who take the time to savour it.
Edition 2022:
- Aroma: Fruity, with notes of caramel and lightly roasted malt.
- Taste: A soft and gently tart first impression, perfectly balanced. It then evolves towards flavours of caramel and roasted malt, enhanced by a subtle hint of hazelnut.
- Note: A beer that can easily be stored for several more years to continue developing its character.
